Senga Bailey, CIP
President

Senga has extensive experience in the personal and corporate insolvency fields and has practiced in Alberta for 16 years. A former senior manager with Arthur Andersen in Calgary for nine years, she earned her Trustee's license and became a member of the Canadian Insolvency Practitioners Association in 1997. She joined Smith Cageorge Bailey Inc. in 1998.

Senga has advised countless individuals and professionals on restructuring their personal or business debt load, both formally and informally. She has corporate experience in the areas of hospitality, retail, manufacturing, property management, technology and agriculture.

Sharon has worked in Alberta in the area of insolvency for 21 years, and joined Smith Cageorge Bailey Inc. in 1999 following terms with Arthur Andersen, Larsen and Zamuda, and Price Waterhouse. She administers personal and corporate bankruptcies, receiverships and agency appointments.

With almost 30 years as a Chartered Accountant, Jim brings a wealth of experience to Smith Cageorge Bailey Inc., including business and investment analysis, corporate turn-arounds, strategic planning, management consulting, and joint venture accounting. Jim has advised on the sale and financial restructuring of businesses, calculated estimates of value, conducted feasibility studies, and provided financial forecasting and business plans. In addition to his professional work, Jim serves as a director with several companies listed on the CDNX.
